About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer with strong automation experience who can ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and precision. Beyond testing, you’ll also mentor and train junior QA resources, helping them grow into skilled professionals who uphold our culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
• Execute manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
• Identify, log, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior QA team members, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to QA best practices.
• Contribute to QA process optimization, ensuring efficiency and consistency across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on QA automation experience in a software development environment.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for test automation.
• Solid understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach junior QA engineers effectively.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to performance testing (e.g., JMeter, K6).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Familiarity with security testing practices.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
