Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Executive to ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of deliverables produced by our Web Development, SEO, and Design teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify issues before they impact client delivery. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and consistent follow-ups to maintain high standards across all departments.
Key Responsibilities1. Web Development QA
- Review websites, landing pages, and web applications for functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Verify forms, CTAs, APIs, redirects, navigation flow, and UI/UX consistency.
- Check for broken links, loading issues, and rendering problems.
- Work with developers to reproduce bugs, track issues, and ensure proper fixes.
2. SEO QA
- Verify on-page optimization including meta tags, title tags, alt tags, schema, headings, and URL structures.
- QA deliverables such as SEO audits, keyword mappings, content outlines, and on-page recommendations.
- Check for technical issues such as indexing errors, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals, sitemap and robots status.
- Validate keyword insertion and ensure content follows SEO guidelines.
- Review analytics data to ensure correct tracking (GA4, GSC, Tag Manager).
3. Design QA
- Ensure design files follow brand guidelines, correct dimensions, and proper alignment.
- Review UI/UX deliverables for consistency, visual accuracy, and user-friendly flow.
- Validate exported assets (images, banners, social media posts, UI screens) for clarity and quality.
- Confirm that creative materials match approved briefs and copy.
- Perform QA on design-heavy web pages and landing pages.
General Responsibilities
- Create QA checklists for each department (Web, SEO, Design).
- Maintain documentation of issues and report patterns to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely corrections and smooth workflow.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within fast-paced agency environments.
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards before client submission.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in QA within a digital marketing, web, or design environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools (GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Basic understanding of performance testing tools.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira).
