Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to evaluate and ensure the quality of customer interactions. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with strong command over English and Urdu languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls/chats for quality and compliance.
  • Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.
  • Conduct coaching sessions with agents to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads and trainers for quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and listening skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Previous QA or call center experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
