QA Executive

Location: Main Murree Road, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and responsible QA Executive to oversee quality assurance for night-shift operations. The candidate should be experienced in call monitoring, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across teams.

Requirements

• Female and fresh candidates are preferred (due to team requirements and shift compliance).
• Strong English listening, comprehension, and reporting abilities.
• Prior QA or call center experience is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate agent performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain consistency and accuracy during night shift hours.
