QA Executive - Night shift

We’re hiring a QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance Department team!

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce cleaning programs, GMP, and personal hygiene policies throughout the factory.
• Conduct and document cleaning and hygiene inspections, report deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to GMP, GHP, and hygiene compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleaning, hygiene, and safety across all production areas.
• Conduct and assist in staff training related to cleaning procedures, GMP, and GHP as assigned by the QA Supervisor.
• Monitor and verify that food safety procedures are effectively implemented and followed.
• Fulfil all Person In Charge (PIC) responsibilities as per food safety regulations.
• Support the maintenance of FSSC 22000 certification and related quality system requirements.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team for equipment calibration activities.
• Liaise with pest control service providers and ensure effective pest management programs.
• Assist in municipality inspections and ensure all required documentation and compliance are in place.
• Conduct and monitor personal hygiene swabs and environmental swab tests as part of the hygiene verification program.
• Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned by the QA Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
