About the Role

We are hiring a QA Field Engineer (On-Site Implementation Specialist) to support client-side deployments, quality assurance, and implementation of our solutions across India and overseas. This is a travel-intensive role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about hands-on technical work, enjoy interacting with clients, and want to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role involves 95% travel, with assignments based at client sites for installation, validation, and handover. You will be the company’s on-ground representative, ensuring our deployments meet quality standards and deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Installation

• Perform on-site installation, setup, and commissioning of solutions in alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct pre-deployment checks and post-installation validation to ensure all quality and functional standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployments.

Client Interaction & Professional Conduct

• Act as the first point of contact during client-side implementation, explaining processes clearly and professionally.
• Provide product demonstrations or basic training to client staff.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence on-site.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Execute QA checks, document findings, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Capture and escalate any deployment issues or client concerns to the Project Manager.
• Submit daily reports, installation logs, and QA documentation.

Coordination & Compliance

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate schedules, material readiness, and project deliverables.
• Follow company safety standards and site-specific regulations during all deployments.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (oral & written) in English; Hindi preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (95% client-side deployments across India and overseas).

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or relevant technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in on-site QA, field engineering, or implementation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Physically fit to handle on-site work, including equipment setup.
