Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled QA Inspector and Technical Assistant to support renovation works for the Ministry of Sports & Youth South Sector.

In this role, you will check quality, support technical tasks, and help the team deliver safe and strong work. You will work with limited supervision and handle site responsibilities with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect site work and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform QA/QC checks as per project requirements
• Support technical site activities and documentation
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Assist in managing tasks of moderate complexity
• Prepare quality reports and inspection records
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Guide junior or less experienced staff when required
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering (Civil or related field)
• Minimum 5 years total construction experience
• At least 3 years relevant experience in renovation or design & build projects
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality function on projects
• Ashghal Experience is a MUST
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification (or equivalent)
• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
