We are hiring a Technical Assistant to support project documentation, reporting, and coordination between technical, commercial, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management, control documentation, submittals, and registers.
- Project Coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and support project planning.
- Maintain ERP database and ensure accurate data entry.
- Support communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Tendering and proposal preparations
Experience Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years project management/coordinator
- Any 4-year degree or an engineering degree.
- GCC and site experience is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- MS Excel
- CAD
- ERP systems
- Project documentation & coordination
