We are looking for a dedicated QA Inspector and Technical Assistant to support renovation works at major Multi-Purpose Hall projects.

In this role, you will inspect site work, support technical activities, and help ensure high standards are maintained. You will manage tasks with limited supervision and assist the team in delivering strong and safe structures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect site work to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform QA/QC checks as per project requirements
• Support general technical works at site
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare inspection reports and quality records
• Assist in managing project tasks of moderate complexity
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Guide junior staff when required
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering (Civil or related field)
• Minimum 5 years total construction experience
• At least 3 years relevant experience in renovation or design & build projects
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality function on projects
• Ashghal project experience is a MUST
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification (or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of QA/QC processes
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
