Quality Assurance Technician

Position Summary:

The QA Inspector is responsible for assuring that ADH Health Products, Inc. products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position will also be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of an effective quality system. The Quality Assurance Inspector will assist in the implementation of proper procedures to ensure continuous quality assurance and compliance. The position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare forms, documentation and package sample bottles of products for testing.

- Monitor and ensure all phases of manufacturing are in compliance with established specifications.

- Perform Inspection, sampling and testing on materials, in-process and finished products as well as packaging components as per the set specifications.

- Perform room, equipment, and packaging line checks (where applicable) prior to each stage of manufacturing. Daily verification of balances, monitor environmental operating conditions such as temperature, humidity, pressure differential.

- Interact effectively with Production, packaging, and Quality Control Lab. Document and maintain necessary file reports. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices.

- Perform other duties as necessary and assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

§ 0-2 years of experience in QA, preferably in cGMP manufacturing or packaging environment.

§ Capable of performing general mathematics and calculations.

§ High school diploma or equivalent.

§ Functional computer knowledge.

§ Proficient in managing documentation work.

§ Ability to effectively work with cross functional team.

§ Spanish verbal and written communication skills is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
