Job Opportunity : QA Manager

Location : Vadodara (Savli)

Experience Required : 7 to 10 Years

Qualification : B.sc /M.sc

*Required Skills & Knowledge:*

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for the chemical manufacturing plant.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems, SOPs, quality manuals, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and control quality parameters throughout production, batch processing, and packing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement activities for quality deviations.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
• Review batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR), COAs, technical documents, and inspection reports.
• Lead internal audits and manage external audits (ISO, customer audits, regulatory bodies).
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001/14001), GMP, and statutory regulations.
• Train and guide QA team members to strengthen quality culture across the plant.
• Oversee raw material testing, in-process checks, and final product quality verification
• Manage documentation control, record management, and quality reporting.
