Job Summary

FMX Express Cargo & Logistics is establishing a dedicated Quality Control Department to enhance service quality, ensure compliance with government regulations, and enforce company policies and SOPs. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer who will be responsible for on-ground inspections, compliance monitoring, and reporting deviations to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect cleanliness, maintenance, and layout of FMX Express Centers; report anomalies to QA In-Charge and General Manager FMX.
• Monitor staff attendance during working shifts and maintain daily attendance records.
• Ensure staff compliance with company uniform and dress code policies.
• Verify that RSE / Booking Officers open and inspect consignments in front of customers before booking.
• Ensure consignments do not contain prohibited items and that booking SOPs are strictly followed.
• Monitor proper delivery procedures as defined by company SOPs and report lapses immediately.
• Observe staff behavior with customers and report misconduct or unprofessional conduct.
• Randomly re-weigh booked/received consignments and cross-verify with booking records or bilty slips.
• Maintain and submit daily activity and progress logs through the defined reporting system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager FMX.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree & relevant experience in quality control at least 2 years, operations, or logistics.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SOPs, compliance standards, and service quality parameters.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
