Job Overview

CAPSA Engineering is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil with 5–8 years of proven experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at site
• Conduct material inspections and site quality checks
• Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation
• Handle client inspections, audits, and approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures
• Experience in site inspections and documentation control
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects
• QA/QC certification (preferred)
