Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the QA/QC activities related to procurement of equipment and bulk materials for the project.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors, manufacturers, and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), inspection reports, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure all materials and equipment meet the required API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, and WOC specifications.
- Conduct vendor audits, witness inspections, and quality surveillance activities as required.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs, quality records, and follow-up actions.
- Support the preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plans, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Prepare and deliver quality-related reports to management and stakeholders.
Eligibility
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience (preferably on brownfield / rehabilitation projects).
- Strong understanding of materials and equipment used in oil & gas processing facilities, flowlines, gathering manifolds, and drilling & completion.
- Proven experience in QA/QC processes for procured equipment/materials.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, TPI agencies, and clients.
- Excellent knowledge of QA/QC systems, procedures, standards, and documentation control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management/documentation systems.
