Role: QA/QC Manager The QA/QC Manager will ensure superior quality and compliance across construction projects, driving excellence in materials, workmanship, and execution. This role will lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, oversee inspections and testing, and maintain documentation that meets industry and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Establish and implement QA/QC procedures aligned with project specifications and client standards • Manage inspections, testing, and reporting of materials and completed works • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and local regulations • Document and track quality records, non-conformances, and corrective actions • Monitor processes, recommend improvements, and lead corrective initiatives • Supervise and train QA/QC staff, fostering strong quality culture • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to integrate quality at all stages • Conduct audits to verify adherence to quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects • Proven experience in architectural works, finishing, and fit-out project quality control • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and local regulations • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in QA/QC documentation and construction software • Detail-oriented, with strong focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes
