Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product quality across the entire lifecycle, from design to delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans aligned with company standards.
  • Participate in early-stage product design to optimize for quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functionality, cost, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Establish and refine quality management processes and standards.
  • Promote standardization and efficiency in the quality management system.
  • Conduct regular product quality monitoring and data analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for quality metrics and audits.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant innovations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • Internship or project experience in quality control, project management, or university innovation projects preferred.
  • Strong self-learning and adaptability skills.
  • High quality awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking.
  • Expertise in process optimization and standardization.
