QA QC Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Role:

You will oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects of our hotel construction projects located on a World Islands in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with applicable standards, specifications, and client expectations, particularly in delivering high-end resort and hospitality facilities. This is a critical role requiring a proactive, hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced island environments and remote project logistics.


Responsibilities

  1. Provide management representatives function in implementing ISO 9001 quality system within the company.
  2. Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the implementation of quality systems with Managing Director periodically to identify and implement improvement to the business.
  3. Assessing need for each new project and developing project quality control plans and assigning QA/QC staff on full time or visiting basis.
  4. Effective supervision of QA/QC department staff assigned to various sections and project sites.
  5. Carry out trend of NCRs and observations from audit and project NCRs.
  6. Set up company quality objectives & targets for business units and monitor/follow-up the effective implementations.
  7. Assist project team in the review and auditing of quality process for inhouse and subcontracted works.
  8. Conducting and facilitating necessary trainings on Quality aspects in project.
  9. Liaise with the Quality representative of the Clients.
  10. Establishment of inspection procedures and Quality control checkpoint for each critical activities in coordination with site team.
  11. Liaise with site team for the closure of client/consultant identified non conformances and taking necessary corrective actions.
  12. Liaise with site team and technical team to ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contract requirements.
  13. Arrange quality improvement talk/technical briefing in coordination with Project Managers/Field Engineers and maintain records.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 10 -15 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager within the construction industry. Experience in managing Hotel projects is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality systems and managing QA/QC teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools
