QA Supervisor

The QA Supervisor will ensure raw materials and finished batches meet exact chemical specifications, safety regulations and standards. They lead quality control teams, manage testing protocols, conduct facility audits if required.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Testing: Oversee daily lab testing, batch release, and material inspections to ensure strict adherence to product formulations and specifications.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and manage hazardous materials documentation in alignment with chemical industry standards.
• Safety & Equipment Calibration: Ensure all Plant and processing equipment is properly calibrated. Enforce strict safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals.
• Data Reporting: Maintain accurate records, manage the company quality manual, and report quality metrics to upper management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering /DAE Chemical or similar.
• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive quality assurance or quality control experience, ideally in chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of chemical batch processing, analytical testing methodologies (e.g., titration, chromatography), and quality systems
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
