Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Tester with a solid background in web-based applications, preferably in logistics or fleet management systems. You will be responsible for testing our core platform to ensure it functions flawlessly, meets business requirements, and delivers a top-tier user experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing of web-based fleet management modules (e.g., vehicle tracking, dispatch, maintenance, reporting)
• Identify, log, and track defects using standardized processes and tools
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
• Execute regression, performance, usability, and functional testing
• Contribute to improving QA processes and implementing best practices
• Provide clear documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of QA experience with web-based applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs and ability to validate API responses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Experience testing fleet management, transportation, or logistics software
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments
