QA Testing Engineer

Experience:

• 10+ years in Software Testing / QA
• 5+ years in a QA Lead / Test Lead role

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA & Testing Lead to manage end-to-end quality assurance for digital banking and payment platforms. The role involves defining testing strategy, driving automation, leading QA teams, and ensuring high-quality releases across USSD, web, API, and transaction switch systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own overall QA and testing strategy.
• Lead automation, integration, regression, and E2E testing.
• Execute performance, load, and stress testing for high-volume systems.
• Ensure quality across USSD, web portals, APIs, and ISO-based switch systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers.
• Integrate automated tests with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide release readiness, quality metrics, and risk reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems.
• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, Postman, Cucumber
• Performance testing: JMeter / Gatling
• API & integration testing expertise
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 / TCP-IP (preferred)
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Maven
• Docker & Kubernetes (good to have)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
