Responsibilities

• Safely handle and deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables or designated areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including plating, garnishing, and organizing dishes for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including bussing tables and resetting areas for new guests.
• Support the kitchen team by communicating guest needs, special requests, or dietary restrictions clearly and promptly.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods, contributing to a lively and efficient restaurant environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred, especially roles involving serving, bussing, or food handling.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST, Square, and CLOVERPOS enhances efficiency in order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques is essential for maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for delivering excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment.
• Kitchen experience or culinary background can be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
