Role Overview

Based on our brand’s operational model and our commitment to an AI-first approach to optimize engineering efficiency, we aren't looking for a traditional project manager or a manual QA tester. We need an AI-Native Project Manager & Web QA Specialist.

More precisely, we are seeking a highly organized, technically proficient team member to own the quality, performance, and delivery pipeline of our digital ecosystems and increase the efficiency of himself and the development team by using the AI-First approach. You will bridge the gap between our SEO Analysts, Digital Marketing team, and our engineering squads to ensure marketing landing pages and web assets are optimized, error-free, and deployed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous end-to-end functional, visual, and cross-browser QA testing on websites and conversion-focused landing pages. Own the final verification of all web properties. Every UI/UX prototype, high-converting landing page and Web development asset must be pixel-perfect, responsive, and blazing fast before it goes live to ensure zero friction for incoming traffic.
• SEO Implementation: Work hand-in-hand with the SEO Analyst to swiftly implement technical SEO recommendations, page speed optimizations, and structural updates across . Instead of just reading reports from our SEO analyst, this person will take the technical SEO recommendations (schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, site architecture fixes, and metadata updates) and either implement them directly on our CMS or translate them into precise developer tickets.
• Release & Task Management: Own the ClickUp Kanban boards for the web development team. Map out requirements, break down marketing requests into actionable technical tasks, and run daily syncs to guarantee on-time delivery. Oversee task allocation for the developers and ensure releases are done regularly, blockers are removed and delivery timelines are met, leveraging Generative AI workflows and AI-assisted development tools to aim for an 80% automation of repetitive tasks within our delivery pipeline.
• AI-Assisted Efficiency: Maximize the use of modern AI tools or services to streamline repetitive QA & PM processes and accelerate delivery timelines.
• Content Management System Updates: Take initiatives to learn CMS i.e., WordPress and Webflow for implementing quick & minor content or SEO changes.

Required Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a web master, QA engineer or project manager,
• CMS & Tech Familiarity: Proven hands-on experience managing and modifying content/code within WordPress, Webflow, HTML/CSS and JavaScript with or without AI.
• Tools: Understanding of ClickUp, Google Search Console, ahref, SEO & AI tools e.g., Claude, Cursor, GPT, Gemini.
• Mindset: Strong understanding of technical SEO principles (Core Web Vitals, indexing, structured data) and a passion for AI-driven development workflows. Attitude to learn and ready to accept challenges for self-improvement.
