Job Description:

As a QA/QC Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with various departments to implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on findings.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
