Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control processes across the data center construction site in Riyadh. The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction and MEP systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and monitor the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities, with a focus on MEP systems, civil works, and finishes.
• Review and verify contractor and subcontractor quality documentation, including ITPs, method statements, and material approvals.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation.
• Support the preparation of quality reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction QA/QC, with significant exposure to MEP-intensive projects.
• Experience in data center, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Prior experience working in KSA and familiarity with local standards and regulations is desirable.
• Strong understanding of international quality standards and construction practices.
