QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to oversee and manage the quality assurance and control aspects of infrastructure and mixed-use development projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and quality management systems , while working closely with the client, contractor, and supervision team.

• Implement and monitor the project quality plan (PQP) and ensure full compliance across all construction activities.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection reports .
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and materials.
• Monitor testing procedures for concrete, asphalt, utilities, and other infrastructure elements.
• Ensure that non-conformances (NCRs) and corrective actions are properly recorded, tracked, and closed.
• Coordinate with contractors and project engineers to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date QA/QC documentation and prepare periodic quality performance reports.
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
• Support the handover and as-built documentation process, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East (KSA preferred).
• Proven background in infrastructure and mixed-use development projects under consultant supervision .
• Strong understanding of international quality standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO 9001) .
• Experience in preparing and implementing QA/QC plans, audits, and inspection procedures .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent is an advantage.
