QA/QC Civil Engineer

Roles & responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications and approved standards.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records for high-rise projects. Identify quality issues, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international quality standards.

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven 5-10 YEARS of experience in UAE Building construction projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience in QA/QC for high-rise buildings in U.A.E.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, procedures, and international standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident presence on site.

Salary Structure

• Salary can be negotiable in accordance with the experience of work and candidature fit.
