QA/QC Civil Engineer

Hiring: QA/QC Engineer – Civil | Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join our growing team in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards
✔ Conduct inspections and quality audits on construction activities
✔ Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
✔ Prepare IR, MIR, NCR, and quality documentation
✔ Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
✔ Monitor corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
✔ Maintain records of inspections, testing, and approvals

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
✔ Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in QA/QC construction projects
✔ Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection processes
✔ Experience in Quality Auditing and documentation
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Familiarity with Data Centers, Technical Facilities, or Critical Infrastructure projects is an advantage
✔ QA/QC certifications are a plus
