QA/QC Civil Inspector

The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Civil Inspector to join our dynamic oil and gas team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications through thorough inspection and testing of civil works. Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and audits on civil construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards. - Monitor quality control processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company and industry requirements. - Identify and report any non-conformance issues and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions promptly. - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to facilitate smooth quality assurance operations on-site. - Review and verify test results and material certifications to ensure they meet the required standards. - Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records of quality-related activities. - Participate in risk assessments related to quality and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery. - Ensure health, safety, and environmental protocols are strictly followed during inspection activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 5–8 years experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects. • Experience in civil works inspection including concrete, rebar, foundations, and structural works. • Knowledge of ITP, NCR, material inspection, and quality documentation. • Familiar with international standards and client specifications. • GCC / ADNOC project experience preferred. • Good reporting and coordination skills.
