QA/QC Engineer

Job Description
We are looking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, specifically within construction projects. A strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, ISO standards, and project specifications is essential.

The role will be responsible for managing and executing QA/QC procedures, performing site inspections, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring all construction activities adhere to the required quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify the quality of workmanship and materials
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors for necessary quality approvals
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Ensure proper material testing and inspection procedures are followed on-site
• Provide training and support to site teams on quality standards and best practices
• Manage corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities
• Experience with secant piling, shoring works, and projects regulated by Dubai Municipality is preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC processes, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality approval procedures
• Proficient in preparing technical documentation and quality reports
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills
