QA/QC Engineer

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Monitor and control the quality of all civil construction activities, with a particular focus on precast structural components.
• Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct inspections for precast manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues and ensure approvals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, tests, and quality records in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure non-conformances (NCRs) are identified, documented, and properly closed with corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor concrete production (where applicable), curing, and finishing of precast elements.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections at precast yards and ensure proper handling and storage at site.
• Assist in preparing and presenting QA/QC reports, including compliance status and KPIs, to project management.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture on site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during inspections and quality checks.
