QA/QC Engineer

Requirements and Skills

• At least 3-5 years of UAE experience - Degree Holder
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans (method statements, work procedures, checklists) to ensure projects adhere to quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor and verify work is performed correctly according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with industry regulations, client specifications, and internal quality procedures.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by investigating root causes, instructing on corrective actions, and tracking their closure.
• Verify materials and processes by inspecting materials for compliance and witnessing field and lab tests.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all quality control and assurance activities, including inspection reports and audit findings.
• Foster a culture of quality among all stakeholders and project teams to encourage continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with various teams (site engineers, managers, consultants, subcontractors) to address quality-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
