QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC plans and procedures for projects.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Review and approve material submittals, drawings, and documentation related to MEP systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Prepare reports on quality performance, inspection results, and non-conformance issues.
• Support project execution teams in achieving high-quality deliverables and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently available in UAE.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects within GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.
