QA/QC Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for ongoing ADNOC-related projects in Habshan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control and assurance activities are carried out in accordance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and relevant procedures in compliance with ADNOC specifications.
• Conduct and document daily inspections of site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Review and verify material submittals, test reports, and calibration certificates.
• Coordinate with the construction, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, site observations, and final dossiers.
• Liaise directly with ADNOC quality representatives and third-party inspectors.
• Participate in internal quality audits and ADNOC/client audits.
• Ensure all civil/structural works meet the required standards and tolerances.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance in relation to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline).
• 7 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the Oil & Gas or infrastructure sector.
• Must have hands-on experience working at ADNOC site locations, particularly in Habshan.
• Sound knowledge of ADNOC project specifications, quality systems, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,500.00 - AED15,500.00 per month
