QA/QC Engineer

Minimum 3years of UAE experience in Renovation / Fitout

Preferred candidate who can join immediate basis.

Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures for fit-out activities.
• Conduct and oversee inspections for architectural finishes, joinery, gypsum works, tiling, ceilings, painting, and MEP-finish coordination.
• Ensure all materials, mock-ups, and workmanship conform to approved specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality control at all stages of the fit-out process.
• Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, such as inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and material submittals.
• Attend site meetings, client/consultant inspections, and handover walkthroughs.
• Support the handover and snagging process, ensuring all punch-list items are addressed and cleared.
• Maintain records for as-built documentation and close-out reports in accordance with project and QA/QC requirements.
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits when required.
• Promote a culture of quality and ensure site teams are trained and aligned with QA/QC protocols.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
