About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry, ensuring that all projects meet company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry (preferably buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience working with consultants and clients in the UAE is an advantage.
