QA/QC Engineer

A QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Engineer primarily focuses on the processes and procedures that improve quality, including training, documentation, monitoring and audits. Focuses on the product to find defects that remain after development. A QA/ QC professionals find these issues in a variety of ways, including software testing and beta or canary testing. Their role encompasses both planning and execution, focusing on preventing defects and identifying any issues that arise.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and OMS requirements.

• Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

• Analyze inspection results.

• Directs, monitors, and evaluates safety practices and procedures with respect to laboratory and field analytical work.

• Reviews and approves laboratory reports (internal commercial) for quality assurance, accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of data.

• Involves designing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and automated tests to identify defects in software applications.

• Ensuring that the end product is both functional and user-friendly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Quality Assurance Role

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills both written & oral English

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to conduct research, analyze data and implement effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
