QA/QC Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, perform inspections, and collaborate with production and development teams to maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Perform inspections, testing, and validation of products or software.
• Identify defects, track issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production, development, and project teams to ensure quality at every stage.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, documentation, and audit records.
• Monitor process improvements and recommend updates to enhance product quality.
• Participate in risk assessment and root cause analysis for quality issues.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and testing procedures.
• Experience with documentation, inspection, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience with automated testing tools (for software QA/QC roles).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
