QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the approved Quality Management System on site
• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans
• Conduct inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works
• Ensure materials delivered to site are approved and compliant with project requirements
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and QA/QC reports
• Coordinate with consultants and site teams for inspections and approvals
• Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain proper documentation for quality records and handover files
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Participate in internal and external audits as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
