QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: Junior QA/QC Engineer – High-Rise Construction
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities on high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The candidate will assist in ensuring all construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE authority requirements including Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, and Civil Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing the Project Quality Plan on site
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Prepare and track Inspection Requests (IRs), ITPs, and QA/QC documentation
• Assist in material inspections and coordinate field and laboratory testing
• Support inspections and approvals with consultants and government authorities (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Record and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
• Ensure only approved materials and workmanship are used on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 0–3 years of QA/QC experience in construction (high-rise experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience working on Dubai-based projects
• Familiarity with DM, DEWA, and Civil Defense inspection procedures
• ISO 9001 awareness
