Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure that our construction projects meet quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and client specifications. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of quality assurance and control procedures, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating with site teams to resolve any quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and documentation for construction projects.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Perform inspections and tests at various stages of construction to ensure work meets approved standards.
• Maintain and manage quality control documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), material approvals, method statements, and test reports.
• Monitor and report on the quality performance of subcontractors and internal teams.
• Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
• Assist in preparing project handover documents and quality dossiers.
• Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per approved specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
