QA/QC Engineer

Qualification

Engineer degree or equivalent

Technical & personal qualification

Have a Strong knowledge in ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

Have a valid Certification in internal audit

Have a deep knowledge of the regulatory framework in term of quality, safety and Environment

Have an experience in planning, implementation and management of the IMS

Have a knowledge in evaluation of the management of IMS

Have a developed Technical Knowledge in Inspection Activities

Experience

2 years’ experience in similar post

Psycho technical ability

Developed communication facility

Rigorous in procedure application

Developed sense of organization

Ability to synthesize

Mission

Ensure the establishment, maintenance, updating and implementation of quality management system according to ISO9001 ISO 14001. & OHSAS 18001 requirements

Check the update of the IMS manual

Conduct The Internal Audit

Maintain the quality documentary system

M

Ensure the proper conduct of processes

M

Coordinate procedures to ensure a good homogeneity of these documents and ensure their compatibility with the objective quality

M

Analyze the process efficiency and effectiveness

M

Participate in the development, integration and maintenance of an adequate information system

M

Ensure proper handling of customer complaints

M

Analyze the satisfaction of Customer /interested parts

M

Collect and track non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions

M

Organize, conduct, and to take all necessary actions to maintain the quality and information systems

M

Ensure that expired documents are removed

M

Develop, implement and monitor the Plan Quality Improvement

M

Ensure the monitoring of preventive and corrective action realization

M

Propose improvement actions in terms of HSEQ

M

Treat customer claims

M

Follow up systematically system anomalies until they are removed permanently

M

Realize a periodic review of the IMS

Plan & execute internal audit covering all activities of the IMS

Prepare internal audit Report

Ensure the preparation and organization of the management review

Prepare the management review report

Follow all HSEQ Objectives
