About the Role:
Greenscapes is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for an upcoming civil and roadworks project in Libya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction activities and materials meet project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
• Conduct inspections of materials and ongoing works to ensure compliance with specifications
• Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality-related matters
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality reports and test results
• Monitor testing activities (soil, asphalt, concrete, etc.) and verify results
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with project quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in civil construction and roadworks projects
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and testing methods
• Familiarity with international standards and specifications
• Experience with asphalt, concrete, and earthworks quality control
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Libya

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
