Job Description: QA/QC Engineer (MEP & Civil)

• Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation (ITPs, method statements, WIRs, MIRs, checklists, test reports, as-built files).
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and project specifications for MEP & Civil works.
• Submit inspection requests (WIRs/MIRs) for ongoing projects and follow up with consultants and main contractors.
• Coordinate with site teams and suppliers for inspections, material approvals, and technical compliance.
• Track approvals, revisions, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Support project handover and close-out documentation.
• Assist in maintaining company quality procedures and records.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in QA/QC for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of wet area systems, landscape works, and shade structures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
