QA/QC Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QC / QR Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in quality control and quality records management for epoxy flooring, coating, and waterproofing applications within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of epoxy flooring and coating works.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, method statements, and approved standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related matters.
• Monitor surface preparation, material application, and curing processes.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain project records, test reports, and material approval

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in QC/QR related to epoxy flooring, epoxy coatings, and protective coating works.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Experience in handling inspection requests and coordinating with consultants.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project quality requirements.
