Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer specializing in aluminum and façade systems for our factory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products manufactured meet the required quality standards, project specifications, and industry norms. This role requires strong technical knowledge, experience in façade fabrication processes, and the ability to implement and maintain effective quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for aluminum and façade production.
• Inspect raw materials, fabrication processes, and final products to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and verify material certificates, test results, and relevant documentation.
• Conduct dimensional checks and quality inspections during fabrication and assembly.
• Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to approved shop drawings and standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, NCRs, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, and project teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring tools and testing equipment.
• Lead and participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
• Train factory personnel on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in aluminum, façade, or metal fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of curtain wall, cladding, aluminum profiles, glazing, and façade systems.
• Hands-on experience with factory QA/QC inspections and fabrication workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of QA/QC documentation, ISO standards, and quality control techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
