Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in Aluminum and Façade works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience and a deep understanding of façade systems, ensuring full compliance with quality standards throughout all project phases. This role requires a technically strong professional with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving quality-related challenges on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC procedures for aluminum and façade works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, material testing, and audits to verify that all materials, workmanship, and installation procedures meet quality standards.
• Review and ensure proper installation, alignment, and finishing of aluminum and façade systems during all construction stages.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and ensure prompt resolution of any non-conformities.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to resolve technical and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as required.
• Prepare detailed quality control reports, inspection logs, NCRs, and related QA/QC documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of test reports, approvals, inspection requests, and quality submissions.
• Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, industry codes, and quality benchmarks.
• Assist in preparing method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Provide technical guidance to site personnel regarding quality standards, materials handling, and installation techniques.
• Ensure safe handling and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety and quality protocols.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure full understanding and adherence to project quality requirements.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide updates on quality status, issues, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the Aluminum & Façade industry, with strong site exposure.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and materials used in façade systems (glass, aluminum cladding, curtain walls, etc.).
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation methods.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (ISO 9001, ASTM, EN standards, etc.).
• Practical experience in conducting inspections, material testing, and reviewing QA/QC submittals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC software tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
