Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer specializing in Aluminum and Façade works to join our project team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong site-based experience and in-depth technical knowledge of façade systems, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, industry standards, and quality requirements. This role demands attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures for aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade works in accordance with contract specifications and approved standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and material inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements and approved submittals.
• Verify correct installation, alignment, fixing, and finishing of aluminum and façade systems at all construction stages.
• Monitor quality performance and ensure non-conformities (NCRs) are identified, reported, and closed with corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, project, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Ensure all QA/QC records are properly maintained and readily available for audits and client/consultant review.
• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections to confirm compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and material approvals.
• Provide technical guidance to site personnel regarding quality standards, material handling, and installation practices.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are handled and used in compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding and implementation of quality requirements.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings and provide quality status updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the Aluminum & Façade industry, with strong site exposure.
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and related materials.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and façade installation methodologies.
• Familiarity with international standards and codes such as ISO 9001, ASTM, EN, and relevant façade standards.
• Hands-on experience in inspections, testing, and reviewing façade-related submittals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to quality management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with project teams and external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA/QC documentation tools/software.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
