QA/QC Engineer (Civil Constructions)

Position: QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

Location: Abu Dhabi – Khalifa Port

Availability: Immediate joiner required

Salary: AED 7,000 per month

Job Purpose:

The QA/QC Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across all phases of building construction projects, from substructure works through final handover, ensuring compliance with project specifications, UAE standards, and ISO requirements.

Requirements & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience (at least 5 years in mid/high-rise building projects)
• Strong experience across substructure, PT slabs, waterproofing, façade, and interior/exterior finishes
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout all construction stages
• Prepare and review Method Statements, ITPs, PQPs, and QA/QC checklists
• Manage material submissions, MIRs, WIRs, and approvals
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, civil & MEP teams
• Liaise with third-party laboratories for testing and verification
• Monitor concrete works, pour cards, and quality compliance
• Raise, track, and close NCRs (internal and external)
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and factory visits when required
• Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies
  
  
  

ISO Certification (Mandatory):

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification
• ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 will be an added advantage
