QA/QC Engineer

Reporting to: Cluster General Manager

Qualification: BE (Civil)

Experience: 3 -5 years

Industry: Civil Projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and protocols.
• Check for quality of materials before procurement along with the Purchase Manager.
• Material testing of construction materials.
• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Review project specifications, drawings and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification in QA/QC or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
