Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QAQC Engineer capable of inspecting both civil and MEP works for a high-rise building project. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and a solid understanding of QAQC procedures in compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for civil works (concrete, formwork, rebar, finishing, etc.)
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs), method statements, and checklists.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain QAQC documentation, records, and reports.
• Monitor material approvals and ensure proper storage and usage on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-Civil .
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Proven experience inspecting civil. Experience in inspecting MEP works is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of QAQC procedures, ITPs, and inspection standards.
• Familiar with UAE construction codes and international standards.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
